Petroleum Marketing Group is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the store's day-to-day operations in the absence of the General Manager. Your key responsibilities will include reviewing business results, planning for continued improvement, ordering throughout the store, and ensuring all team members provide exceptional customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all customers.
- Resolve customer concerns, issues, and complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Execute the PMG training plan for all CSAs and conduct hands-on training to ensure associate abilities surrounding all areas of operation.
- Supervise the day-to-day task assignments and performance for all associates.
- Delegate tasks and follow-up as necessary.
- Monitor and analyze business processes and results to profitably achieve store goals.
