Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular market analysis to inform leasing strategies.
  • Oversee and coordinate daily leasing operations to ensure optimal occupancy rates.
  • Foster positive relationships with residents to enhance community engagement.
  • Collaborate with property management to align with ownership objectives and maintain property integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in leasing for a multifamily property.
  • Proficient in Yardi management software is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
