About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Breast Imaging Specialist to join our team at Ascendo Resources. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform mammography imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
  • Prepare patients for mammography procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
  • Operate and maintain mammography equipment, ensuring accurate and high-quality images.
  • Accurately document and report imaging results using the appropriate systems.
  • Collaborate with radiologists to ensure accurate interpretation of mammography images.
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
  • ARRT Certification
  • Mammography Certification
  • BLS Certification
  • MA License
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar setting, particularly in breast imaging and mammography.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High proficiency in mammography techniques and breast imaging procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
