Site Reliability Engineer

Key Responsibilities:- Ensure operational criteria, such as system availability, capacity, performance monitoring, self-healing, and deployment automation, are implemented throughout the delivery process.
- Lead the DevOps transformation at Fulcrum Digital through tooling and advocacy for change and standards throughout the development, quality, release, and product organizations.
- Support daily operations with a hyperfocus on triage and root cause analysis, understanding the business impact of our products.
- Streamline and standardize traditional application-specific support activities and centralize points of interaction for both internal and external partners.
- Align Product and Customer-Focused priorities with Operational needs.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in MQ or NATS broker or similar messaging solutions.
- Understanding of event-driven architectures, distributed systems, and client-server communication aspects.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework, Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to collaborate with functional and business users.
- Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive.
- Experience with automation for Branch management, code promotions, and version management.
- Knowledge of industry-standard CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins, Sonar, Maven, and Artifactory.
- Experience with Splunk queries and creating Splunk dashboards and reports.
- Programming experience in Core Java.
- Knowledge in Payments/Finance Domain.
