Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Receptionist at Price Family Dealerships. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations within our dealership.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, assisting with inquiries regarding appointments and the repair process.
- Learn and utilize dealership software for tracking customer repair orders after comprehensive training.
- Close out service tickets and manage credit card transactions, including processing and voiding as necessary.
- Engage in various accounting tasks, including schedule management, warranty processing, and claim submissions.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and sensitive customer information with care.
- Interact daily with customers and collaborate with various departments within the dealership.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Availability to work on Saturdays is required.
