Cardiac Sonographer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality recordings of heart function using electrocardiograph (EKG) and ultrasound technology. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail to provide accurate data for diagnosis and treatment of heart-related conditions.

• Perform EKGs and ultrasound recordings to capture heart function data
• Monitor EKGs for abnormal patterns and report findings to physicians
• Operate and maintain equipment safely and correctly
• Provide excellent patient care and communication
• Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes

• High school graduate; Associates degree preferred
• Current BCLS certification
• Successful completion of basic cardiac orientation
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use EKG and Holter monitors
