As a Traveling Process/Industrial Engineer within a construction and manufacturing environment, you will be instrumental in providing advanced solutions to our clients, refining processes, and promoting operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to grasp their specific needs and challenges, performing on-site evaluations.
• Formulate and execute inventive process enhancement strategies to boost efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Apply industrial engineering principles and tools to assess workflows, pinpoint bottlenecks, and suggest optimized solutions.
• Spearhead and assist in the adoption of automation and technology solutions to streamline operations and minimize costs.
• Offer technical expertise and support to client teams, nurturing a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Travel to client locations as necessary, overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring deliverables are achieved within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and management, to ensure successful project outcomes.Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in process optimization, industrial engineering, or similar roles, ideally in a consulting or manufacturing context.
• Strong analytical abilities and expertise in data analysis tools and methodologies.• Familiarity with process simulation software (e.g., Simul8, Arena) is advantageous.
• Proven success in managing projects and delivering results on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to effectively engage and collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel extensively to client sites.
