Mixology Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at Comeketo Brazilian Steakhouse. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

• Guest Service: Greet guests with a warm and welcoming smile, providing fast and friendly service to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
• Food and Beverage Service: Accurately communicate food orders to the kitchen and ensure food is prepared as ordered before presenting to guests.
• Alcohol Service: Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene when needed, adhering to all necessary guidelines.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other servers, bartenders, barbacks, and management to ensure seamless service.
• Guest Loyalty: Build relationships with guests, remembering their names and preferences to provide personalized service.
• Problem Resolution: Resolve service issues with empathy and according to guidelines, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
• Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean and stocked bar area, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

• Experience: 1+ years of experience as a mixologist or bartender in an upscale dining restaurant.
• Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with a warm and welcoming personality.
• Cocktail Creation: Desire and ability to create new and innovative cocktails, with a passion for mixology.
• Drink Knowledge: Knowledge of wine, spirits, beer, and other drinks, with a desire to learn more.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills, including coaching, directing, and motivating a team.
• Mentorship: Desire to mentor and develop others on your team.
• Point-of-Sale Systems: Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Restaurant Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant setting, preferably in a leadership role.
