Art Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Art Therapist to join our multidisciplinary treatment team at Arbour Hospital. As an Art Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing expressive arts therapy, psychoeducational groups, and recreational activities to our patients.

• Perform initial activity therapy assessments to develop appropriate treatment goals
• Facilitate 4 groups per day, promoting a supportive and engaging environment for patients
• Complete group documentation and communicate with other members of the treatment team via treatment planning and team meetings
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, ensuring seamless collaboration with the treatment team

• Master's Degree in social work, mental health counseling, or a related field
• 6 months experience as a group leader in a psychiatric hospital, partial hospitalization, or intensive outpatient treatment program
