Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to become an integral part of our established Cardiothoracic Surgery team. This role offers a unique opportunity to support advanced cardiac and thoracic services within a leading healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-time position with a day shift schedule, Monday to Friday.
- Participate in after-hours and weekend call coverage for cardiac and thoracic services.
- Bring a minimum of 3 years of experience as an OR first assist, with both inpatient and outpatient exposure in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
- Demonstrate proficiency in surgical assisting, including endoscopic vein and radial artery harvest, as well as suturing.
- Preferred experience in providing care to adult patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation for this role ranges from $175,386 to $226,325 annually. This range reflects the starting total compensation and may include additional productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, call stipends, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable. Furthermore, providers typically receive a CME allowance along with a comprehensive benefits package.
