Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Orthodontic Assistant to join our team at Virginia Orthodontic Partners. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our doctors in delivering high-quality orthodontic services.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist our doctors with examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience.
  • Obtain and manage patient records, including X-rays, digital scans, and photographs.
  • Participate in providing patients with an excellent patient experience, demonstrating superb communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Perform sterilization and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and basic computer skills.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited dental assistance program with an associate's degree.
  • Basic data entry and computer skills.
  • Superb multitasking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Dental/Orthodontic assisting experience preferred.
