Concrete Leadman

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Leadman to join our team at BrightView Landscapes, LLC. As a Concrete Leadman, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of concrete structures, ensuring that they meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspecting blueprints to determine the best course of action for concrete installation
• Scheduling materials with the purchasing agent to ensure timely delivery
• Communicating with the project manager to address any changes or delays in the project schedule
• Allocating workers to their respective duties and ensuring they have the necessary training and tools
• Meeting company compliance requirements, including accident and incident reports, weekly tailgate meetings, and site inspections
• Ensuring regulatory needs and safety measures are maintained
• Assessing the most efficient way to complete a job without compromising quality

Requirements:

• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
