Job Overview

The Clinical Nurse Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing services in our facilities. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a resource and mentor to nursing staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and promote a culture of collaboration.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and innovation.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Nursing or related field; current registration as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a facility serving the developmentally disabled and/or elderly.
  • Proven track record of leadership and supervision, with ability to motivate and coach staff members.
  • Familiarity with regulations and guidelines governing nursing services in long-term care settings.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
