Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Facility Operations Leader to join our team at Premier Dog Daycare in Sheboygan. This is a unique opportunity to lead and manage a dedicated team, ensuring a clean and safe environment for staff, clients, and pets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee overall operations, implementing efficient processes and protocols to maintain high standards.
  • Manage staffing: recruit, train, schedule, and coach employees to achieve exceptional performance.
  • Conduct employee reviews and maintain accurate performance records.
  • Foster a positive and engaging workplace culture, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Supervise staff, ensuring adherence to established protocols and procedures.
  • Manage social media accounts, providing regular updates and engaging with our online community.
  • Address customer concerns and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee inventory and purchasing, including seasonal retail promotions, to ensure optimal stock levels and revenue growth.
  • Manage new client onboarding, setting up new accounts and ensuring a seamless experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clear and concise messaging.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Social media management expertise, with knowledge of effective content creation and engagement strategies.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including major medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and statutory sick pay where required.
