About the Role
The CYB Human Resources is seeking a Youth Program Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for planning and implementing monthly events and programming for youth impacted by trauma.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Planning: Organize, plan, and implement monthly Pathways events and other programming for youth.
- Program Development: Assist in developing the High Adventure program and create feedback surveys for caregivers and participants.
- Camp Hope Planning: Assist with the Camp Info Night, organize and send Camp Hope surveys, and screen and interview potential Camp Hope Counselors.
- Logistics and Operations: Manage participant and parent contact information, coordinate logistics for High Adventure events, and maintain inventory of Camp Hope gear.
- Communication and Outreach: Send reminders to families about upcoming events, provide event materials, and update participant birthdays in the Camp Hope Calendar.

The CYB Human Resources is a leading organization dedicated to providing hope and healing for youth impacted by trauma. Our mission is to create pathways to hope and healing through positive social interactions in a hope-centered community.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish).
- Reside in the Denver Metro area year-round.
- Availability for monthly Thursday evening and Saturday Pathways events.
- Full availability to attend Camp Hope America-Colorado from August 4th–8th, 2025, and some availability Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM.
- Experience working with survivors of intimate partner violence and demonstrated knowledge of domestic violence dynamics and their impact on children in the home.
- Familiarity with the Family Justice Center model.
- Able to commit to 20 hours per week with full 24/7 availability for the week of camp.
- Ability to participate in facilitating a training on intimate partner violence and trauma-informed camping and mentoring.
