Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Store Manager to lead our team at American Tire Depot. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily store operations, including sales, service, and customer interactions

Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in a management role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
