Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality interpretation services to support the academic and social needs of hearing-impaired students
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and other professionals to develop and implement effective communication strategies
  • Conduct assessments to identify students' communication needs and develop individualized plans to meet those needs
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in sign language interpretation and deaf education

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Sign Language Interpreter
  • 4.0 EIPA or NIC/RID certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
