As a Registered Nurse with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work with adult and pediatric clients in Burlington County, providing one-on-one care and support in the comfort of their own homes. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality care, and we are seeking skilled and compassionate nurses to join our team.

Responsibilities of a BAYADA Registered Nurse include:

  • Providing skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring
  • Collaborating with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Conducting thorough assessments of clients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosing and timing
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client care, including progress notes, medication administration records, and other relevant documentation

Requirements for a BAYADA Registered Nurse include:

  • A valid nursing license in good standing
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, transfer, and position clients safely
