Overview of OTR Class A CDL Driver Position:
Join our team as a Class A CDL Driver with a focus on 100% No Touch Dry Van Freight. Enjoy the benefits of live unloading and the comfort of being home every few days. Home time of 3 - 4 days is a key feature of this role, along with a competitive earning potential of $1,700+ per week.
Position Details:
Expect to cover over 2400 miles weekly with average haul distances. For those who run 2,600 miles, an additional $.05 per mile will be rewarded that week. A monthly safety bonus of $.02 CPM is also available. We ensure no night dispatching, and both pets and riders are welcome. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home during their time off.
Equipment Provided:
Our fleet consists of 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with automatic transmissions and fully loaded features, including a refrigerator, Thermo King APU, and a 2000-watt inverter. Each truck has a double bunk and is well-maintained with a 53' dry van, governed at a speed of 70 MPH.
Compensation Structure:
Drivers can expect a pay rate of:
- $.55 CPM for 2 to 5 years of experience
- $.60 CPM for 3 to 9 years of experience
- $.65 CPM for 10 years or more of experience
Detention pay is set at $12.50 per hour after the second hour, with layover and breakdown pay at $100 per day.
Benefits Offered:
Medical, dental, and vision coverage will be available after a period of 60 days.
Candidate Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, candidates must possess a Class A License (CDL-A) and a current DOT medical card, along with a minimum of 2 years of OTR experience.
