As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of post-acute facilities, providing high-quality care to residents. With a flexible schedule and competitive hourly rate, you can choose shifts that fit your lifestyle and needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities
  • Measure and monitor vital signs, reporting to your supervisor as necessary
  • Observe and report any concerns to the broader nursing team
  • Serve meals and assist with feeding residents as needed
  • Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting
  • Clean and sanitize surfaces, keep residents' rooms clean, and change linens
  • Communicate with medical staff and residents, and serve as a conduit between the two
  • Move residents in and out of wheelchairs and beds, and reposition them as needed
  • Offer a compassionate ear to residents and provide companionship
Requirements:
  • Current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and nursing care procedures
