About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. As a RN, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients, including labor and delivery, postpartum, and newborn care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to new mothers and their babies, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patient conditions, including labor and delivery, postpartum, and newborn care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Current RN license in our state.
  • Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
  • Preferred: BSN and NRP certification.
