Position Details:
Schedule: Full-time, evenings

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all nursing care provided in collaboration with the Nurse Manager.
  • Administer medications to residents with precision.
  • Deliver direct care and perform necessary treatments for residents.
  • Ensure that physician orders are executed and incorporated into the resident care plan.
  • Maintain accurate documentation on resident records in accordance with established policies.
  • Guide nursing assistants in delivering quality care to residents.
  • Provide training to staff on specific care techniques.
  • May be required to assume Charge Nurse responsibilities.
Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid New York State LPN license.
  • Preferred: Minimum of one year of experience in Long Term Care or acute care settings.
  • Experience in guiding nursing through regulatory survey processes is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills are essential.
  • Availability to work rotating weekends and holidays.
Compensation:
Position Pay Range: $ /hour
Starting Pay: Based on experience
