We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team in Knoxville, Tennessee. As an integral part of our home health care services, you will be responsible for providing occupational therapy to patients in their homes to restore them to their fullest physical ability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families. We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) retirement plan, and continuing education opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy to patients in their homes, including assessing their needs and developing individualized treatment plans.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure understanding of treatment plans and progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
  • Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of Tennessee.
  • 1+ years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a home health setting.
