Job Title: Residential ABA Instructor

Upstate Caring Partners is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Residential ABA Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality applied behavior analysis services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and evaluate behavioral assessment measures and techniques.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior support plans.
  • Teach program staff on the proper implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs.
  • Conduct training and consultation to residential programs.
  • Volunteer and demonstrate good community citizenship.
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Acceptance into BCBA course sequence within first 6 months of employment.
  • 2 Years relevant experience in a related field.
