Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Washington
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the Emergency Department
  • Ability to work 13 weeks with a 45-hour workweek
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including 8-hour shifts
