**Key Responsibilities**
- Production Planning: Plan and coordinate production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products to meet customer demands.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet specifications and quality standards, and implement corrective actions to address any quality issues.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor production team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure that production plans and schedules are aligned with business objectives.
**Requirements**
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as manufacturing, engineering, or business.
- Experience: 4-7 years of experience in a production management role, with a proven track record of success in leading production teams and implementing process improvements.
