**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth production of our products, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, and collaborating with management and supervisors to achieve business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Oversee the production process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all safety policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with management and supervisors to achieve business objectives and resolve operational issues
  • Train and develop new employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Enforce company rules and policies, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all safety protocols
  • Identify and correct GMP/Safety violations, and report any conditions or practices that may adversely affect food safety, food quality, or personnel safety
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

**Requirements**

Lead experience is preferred, but not required. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
