Dynamic Metals Seeks Skilled Laborer

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit individual to join our team as a General Laborer. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for supporting various tasks and assisting with fabrication and assembly.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support warehouse operations tasks, including receiving and processing materials.
  • Assist with fabrication and assembly of metal products.
  • Perform physical labor, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
  • Work effectively in a team environment and follow supervisor's instructions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Physical Demands:
  • Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Desire to learn and advance within the company.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with hand tools and power tools.
  • Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
