Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Neogen Care. As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and improving the quality of life for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans to help patients regain lost skills and adapt to their environments.
* Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
* Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive equipment and techniques to enhance daily living activities.
* Develop and implement physical rehabilitation programs to promote patient independence and mobility.
* Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program.
* Current certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
* Valid California Occupational Therapy license and current CPR/BLS certification.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a home health setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
