Job Summary:

Northrop Grumman is seeking a highly experienced Director of Systems Test and Engineering to lead our Systems Test Team. As a senior leader, you will act with integrity and the highest ethical standards in everything you do.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive integration & test engineering execution across the SDS Division portfolio of programs while reporting into the Strategic Deterrent Systems Division's Engineering and Manufacturing Operations organization.
  • Lead a large team of cross-discipline directors, managers, and professionals at various locations responsible for Test Engineering supporting a portfolio of mission-critical programs.
  • Participate in establishing and direct the implementation of integrated test engineering processes across the SDS Division, driving consistency and implementation across program/product teams at all national locations and multiple subcontractor locations.
  • Participate in establishing and direct the implementation of model-based digital engineering processes used in the design and development of the SDS Division, at all levels of decomposition.
  • Manage all aspects of process development, training, and development across the Test Directorate.
  • Ensure test engineering product quality and consistency and manage auditing and oversight functions, including metrics development and management.
  • Interface closely with the product/program team leadership and implement test engineering priorities for the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 10 year's experience, or Master's and 8 year's experience supporting U.Government contracts and customers and/or project management in other industries.
  • Must have 5 years in a formal engineering management / technical leadership experience.
  • Active Secret clearance adjudicated within the last 5 years.
  • Prior experience interfacing with prime contractor site leads and DoD leadership personnel.
  • Active DoD TS/SCI clearance and applicable SAP accesses.
