Physical Therapist owned Outpatient Private Practice seeks a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Gainesville, VA. Compensation and Benefits

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and a passion for helping individuals improve their mobility and quality of life. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients' physical conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and conducting therapy sessions using various techniques and modalities.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct therapy sessions using various techniques and modalities to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and ongoing care.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.

To be considered for this role, you must possess a Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program, be licensed as a Physical Therapist in Virginia, and have experience working in an outpatient setting. A strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and practices, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team are also essential.
