Job Summary:
KPG Allied is seeking a skilled Travel MRI Technologist to join our team. As a Travel MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for operating MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
Responsibilities:
- Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
- Prepare patients for MRI procedures, including explaining the procedure and positioning them correctly
- Monitor patients during procedures and ensure their safety and comfort
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
- Maintain accurate records of patient procedures and images
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of paid experience in the last 3 years
- Paid experience must be within the specialty of Diagnostic Imaging in a hospital setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
