About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Worksite Health Nurse. As a key member of our occupational health team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, collaborating with medical and operational leadership, and ensuring the well-being of our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care and treatment in accordance with Medcor's Evidence-Based Medicine protocols
  • Collaborate with medical and operational leadership to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Conduct Medical Surveillance Testing and Return to Work (RTW) program facilitation
  • Monitor treatment plans and provide ongoing case management
  • Work closely with outside medical providers to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Valid Registered Nurse license
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Strong computer and technology skills, including EMR software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive and outgoing personality
  • Ability to lift a 50lb emergency response bag
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant occupational health experience
  • Experience in emergency medicine or critical care
