We are in search of committed individuals to fulfill the role of Building Maintenance Cleaner in Frederick, Maryland. The primary duty of the Building Maintenance Cleaner is to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness in various areas of the building, including restrooms and common spaces.
  • Utilize appropriate cleaning chemicals and supplies in accordance with safety guidelines.
  • Operate heavy cleaning equipment and machinery safely and effectively.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in restroom sanitation.
  • Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets.

Work Environment:

  • Work is conducted in a commercial building environment, which may involve servicing multiple locations.

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing: 70%
  • Sitting: 5%
  • Squatting/Stooping: 15%
  • Reaching: 10%
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Compensation: $13.50 per hour
