**Estimated Salary:** $40,000 - $50,000 per year

As a nursing assistant, you will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes patient-centered care. Your role will involve assisting registered nurses and licensed vocational nurses with basic care activities, providing emotional support to patients and their families, and maintaining accurate records of patient information.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Deliver high-quality care to patients in accordance with established standards and protocols.

* Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve desired patient outcomes.

* Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.

**Requirements:

* Completion of a nursing assistant program.

* Current California Nursing Assistant Certification License.

* National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.

* California Fire and Life Safety Card (obtained within 30 days of hire).

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* One year of experience in an acute care setting.
