Taxation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team at CyberCoders. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and submission of tax returns, as well as providing guidance and support to our tax staff.

• Ensure the smooth flow of tax returns and delegate tasks to team members as needed.
• Supervise and provide feedback to senior tax accountants and tax staff, evaluating their progress and providing guidance.
• Act as a director-in-charge for personal and business clients, providing expert advice and guidance.
• Prepare complex tax returns and approve all returns, except those requiring specialized expertise.
• Act as a resource for tax staff, senior tax accountants, and tax supervisors, providing support and guidance.
• Prepare financial projections and become involved in planning for complex clients.
• Become involved in tax planning for client situations of varying levels of complexity.

• At least 3-5 years of experience as a Tax Manager.
• Four or more years of full-time experience in accounting or tax return preparation.
• CPA certification.
• Experience in Construction, Medical, and Real Estate industries (other experience will be considered).

• Competitive base salary: $140,000 - $170,000 (DOE).
