Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have extensive experience in designing, planning, and executing projects related to water supply and distribution systems. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert technical services to clients, including design, plans, specifications, reports, and project budgets.
- Conducting feasibility studies for the construction of facilities such as water treatment plants.
- Liaising with multi-disciplinary teams to coordinate and facilitate project execution.
- Maintaining quality control and quality assurance on all project work.
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in water supply, treatment, and distribution systems.
- Registration as a Professional Engineer in Minnesota or the ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Demonstrated experience working with clients and leading teams in multi-discipline projects.
We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
We also offer opportunities for growth and development, including training and mentorship programs.
LocationThis role is based in Woodbury, MN, with occasional travel required to other locations.
