About the Role:

  • Lead a team of rehabilitation professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement clinical programs to meet the needs of patients and facilities.
  • Collaborate with regional managers and facility staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Oversee rehab staff compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and chart audits.

Requirements:

  • Rehab Director supervises all members of the rehab team.
  • Attends care plan meetings as indicated.
  • Ensures clinical programs are running smoothly.
  • Develops and implements new programs as needed.
  • Verifies screening policies are operating and compliant.
