We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Database Engineer to join our team at Occam Solutions. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable and secure database solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop database architectures for large-scale applications using C#,.NET, and Java technologies.
- Implement and maintain database security measures in accordance with DISA STIGs.
- Develop and optimize MS SQL driven applications for improved performance and scalability.
- Design and engineer SharePoint-based enterprise solutions using SharePoint 2016.
- Develop asynchronous JavaScript and XML (AJAX) enabled.NET web applications using version control systems, HTTP, and REST architecture.
- Configure and administer Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) and the.NET Framework, including Integrated Windows Authentication, Kerberos, and Directory Services Authentication.
- Deliver, analyze, and troubleshoot complex distributed systems.
- Implement, integrate, and test enterprise application/database/web platforms.
- Minimum of five years of experience in database development and administration.
- Strong understanding of database design principles, data modeling, and database performance optimization.
- Experience with database security measures, including DISA STIGs and PKI infrastructure.
- Ability to develop C#.NET applications that interface with Active Directory Services.
- Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) development and implementations.
- Strong understanding of various programming languages, frameworks, and technologies, including ASP.NET, C#, C++, MVC, WCF, Data Services, Entity Framework, LINQ, AJAX, PowerShell, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, Java, SQL, Transact-SQL, XML, HTML, CSS, and REST.
- Experience with identity management and PKI infrastructure.
- Ability to develop C#.NET applications that interface with Active Directory Services.
- Experience with SOA development and implementations.
- Strong understanding of various programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.
