Crew Chief

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Crew Chief to join our team at Team Car Care dba Jiffy Lube. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of automotive technicians and customer service associates.

• Lead a team of automotive technicians and customer service associates to achieve sales and service goals
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
• Provide coaching and training to team members to improve their skills and performance
• Ensure that all service center operations are running smoothly and efficiently
• Manage inventory and product ordering to meet business needs
• Assist the General Manager with budgeting, sales forecasting, and financial performance

• 1-3 years of retail management experience
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people
• Sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry
• Ability to analyze and comprehend financial objectives and recommend strategies to improve sales and service results
