Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough cleaning of communal areas, including the office, lounge, restrooms, and model units on a daily basis.
  • Ensure all vacant apartments are cleaned and free of odors.
  • Utilize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment safely.
  • Notify management regarding supply requirements.
  • Safeguard company tools, equipment, and safety supplies.
  • Foster a safe workplace by adhering to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; CNA or CHHA licensure may be required.
  • Relevant experience or training in cleaning and maintenance.
  • Proficient and safe handling of cleaning agents and equipment.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
