Optometrist Specialist

At Dependable Staffing Agency CA, we're seeking a skilled Optometrist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you'll provide high-quality optometry services to individuals in correctional facilities. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the health and well-being of our clients.

• Provide comprehensive optometry services, including examinations, diagnoses, and treatments, in accordance with Business and Professions Code § 3041 et al.
• Refer patients to contract physicians and/or healthcare facilities for consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and/or surgery, as needed.
• Maintain continuity of all work performed from start to finish, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
• Provide optometry visual services and diagnoses and treatment for specific conditions, including allergies, infectious diseases, and non-systematic inflammations of the conjunctiva.

• 12 continuous months of experience within the last 3 years performing services similar in scope to those defined herein in a public or private institution.
• Current and valid license issued by the State of California, Board of Optometry, to perform services in the State of California.
• Proficiency in the English language and ability to communicate effectively with the corrections department.

$90 - $100/HR
