Job Title: Procurement Director

The Procurement Director is responsible for overseeing the procurement of materials for Staffing Solutions Enterprises. This includes implementing strategies for cost reduction and supply chain risk management, as well as selecting and contracting suppliers in accordance with company policies.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement strategies for cost reduction and supply chain risk management.
  • Select and contract suppliers in accordance with company policies.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials, ensuring timely execution of orders according to customer specifications.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIPS TO ENSURE CONSISTENT SUPPLY AND FAVORABLE TERMS.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify trends, forecast needs, and optimize purchasing decisions.

Requirements:
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Have proven working experience as a Procurement Lead or Tactical Purchaser in a technical assembly environment.
  • Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Have good negotiation skills, commercial establishment, and cost consciousness.

Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year, plus bonus. Location: Canton, Ohio (100% onsite).
