As a Family Care Specialist with Go Au Pair, you will have the opportunity to work from home in a part-time capacity. This role involves providing support and information to families during the matching process, explaining regulations and policies, conducting in-home interviews and orientations, and organizing cultural events. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to ensure successful family interactions.
  • Delivering detailed explanations of program regulations and policies to families.
  • Conducting in-depth interviews and orientations to facilitate smooth transitions for both families and au pairs.
  • Organizing engaging cultural events that promote cross-cultural understanding and appreciation.

In terms of required skills and qualifications, this position demands:

  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and motivation to excel in this role.

Bonus qualifications include:

  • Counseling and conflict resolution experience.
  • An interest in marketing and promoting the Au Pair Program.
  • Access to an iPad or tablet for efficient communication and data management.

This position offers a comprehensive training program, including:

  • A paid 4-hour/week program over two months to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • A 3.5-hour/week program over 10 weeks to reinforce key skills and knowledge.

Compensation for this role is structured into tiers based on the number of active families in your service area, with a potential yearly compensation of up to $9,300. As an independent contractor, you will be paid monthly for deliverables submitted for the prior month.
