Job Overview

As the Catering Operations Director, you will oversee the management of in-house catering services, ensuring the seamless execution of all catering operations. Your role will involve coordinating with both the culinary and sales teams to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all catering services consistently exceed client expectations.
  • Effectively communicate client requirements through detailed verbal and written correspondence.

  • Maintain a strong focus on detail and quality service delivery.
  • Hold team members accountable for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

  • Support company initiatives and address any guest service challenges promptly.
  • Execute menus and promotional activities as directed by the Director of Operations.

  • Implement safety and sanitation protocols effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service policies.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to maintain open communication.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members in line with company standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in catering management or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in event management and client satisfaction.
  • High proficiency in computer applications.
  • Strong passion for hospitality and food service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
