Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including preventative care, chronic disease management, and acute care.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and continuous care.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventative care strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- MD, DO, NP, or PA from an accredited program.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related specialty.
- Active medical license in the state of State.
- DEA license and BLS certification required.
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
- Prior experience in primary care or outpatient settings is desirable.
