Job Summary

Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join our Capitol Hill Campus team in Seattle, Washington.

This position will be 0.5 FTE Clinical and 0.5 FTE as faculty in the Family Medicine residency.

Responsibilities
  • Precept residents in clinic
  • Advise and mentor residents
  • Develop and oversee curriculum
  • Teach in large and small groups

The successful applicant will teach at both the Burien and Capitol Hill residency clinics and have a clinical practice in the Family Health Center in Capitol Hill.

Clinical Responsibilities

Outpatient family medicine as 0.5 FTE in the KPWA Family Health Center clinic

Serve as an inpatient medicine attending on the Family Medicine Residency service

Compensation and Benefits

The entire salary range for the clinician position is $267,336 to $314,513 and will be prorated based on FTE.

Placement of new hires will be in the range of $267,336 to $298,787 based on factors such as education, training, or experience.

Employees receive medical, dental, vision, basic life, and disability insurance.

Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, receive employer contributions to the 401(k) plan, and enroll in our cash balance pension plan.

Employees receive four weeks of paid vacation leave every year and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
