Job Summary:
The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide exceptional therapy services to students in schools. This is a full-time, school-based position in Hillsboro, OR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide therapy services to students individually and in group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication needs.
- Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and progress reports.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- State license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
