Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join our team at Creative Financial Staffing. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our accounting team and ensuring the integrity of our financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full cycle accounting, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Review and reconcile multiple balance sheet accounts, oversee budgets, and manage multiple entities.
  • Prepare and complete month-end and year-end close activities, including accruals, allocations, and adjusting journal entries.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Supervise and direct an accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain financial security by establishing and enforcing internal controls.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent business experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with hands-on managerial experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and develop staff.
