Job Title: Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Mass General Brigham in Somersworth, New Hampshire.

Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist will work in our Med Surg/Ortho Unit, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist patients with physical therapy needs, including exercises, transfers, and mobility assistance.
  2. Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  4. Provide education and support to patients and families on physical therapy techniques and strategies.
  5. Participate in unit operations, including supply management and equipment maintenance.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent - graduate of nursing assistant program
  • ARC or AHA BLS, LNA
  • 3 months LNA experience, preferably in an acute care setting
